References to “Aquamaluna”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Solytra Company Limited.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use our products for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
2. Information Provided Before Purchase
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we provide clear information about:
- Product characteristics
- Total price (including VAT where applicable)
- Delivery charges
- Cancellation rights
- Returns and refund procedures
This information is displayed before checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Order confirmations and legally required information may be sent electronically.
3. Products
Some products are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary depending on device display.
We reserve the right to:

4. Hygiene & Sealed Products
In accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where they have been unsealed after delivery.
This includes cosmetic, skincare, body care, supplement and intimate-use products.
If the protective seal is broken after delivery, the item cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include UK VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
We accept payment via approved third-party providers, including:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Klarna Bank AB
Payments are securely processed by the relevant provider. We do not store full card details.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Limit quantities per customer
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly agreed.
If we do not deliver goods within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you may:
- Require delivery within an additional reasonable period, or
- Cancel the contract and receive a full refund
This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are dispatched from outside the UK, customs duties, import VAT or clearance fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
8. Returns & Cancellation
Consumers have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to exemptions for sealed hygiene goods.

9. Accuracy of Website Information
We aim to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that:

- Pricing
- Availability
- Website content
are error-free at all times.
We reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to provide goods at that incorrect price.

We are not responsible for:

- Privacy practices of third parties
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order or our services, please contact us first at info@aquamaluna.com. Most matters can be resolved quickly and amicably.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may cause delays and additional processing costs. Your statutory right to a chargeback is not affected by this clause.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may, as a UK consumer, refer the dispute to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider where available. We are not currently a member of any specific ADR scheme, but we will engage in good faith with any complaint you raise.
This does not affect your statutory rights to bring court proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or the courts of your part of the UK (Scotland or Northern Ireland, if applicable).
16. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated by you or us.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solytra Company Limited regarding use of the website.
18. Governing Law
If you are a UK consumer, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You may bring proceedings in:

19. Branding and Packaging Notice
Product branding, packaging, labelling, and outer appearance may vary from the images shown on our website. This does not affect the product itself, its quality, ingredients, or intended use.
Variations in branding, packaging, or labelling alone are not grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or replacement. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or materially different from their description are not affected.
